Vegan PB&J FudgeIngredients -3/4 cup vegan margarine or butter -1 cup peanut butter-4 cups confectioner sugar-1 cup rice allow creme spread -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup vegan jelly, jam, or fruit preserve (any flavor)
Directions
In a saucepan over low heat, melt vegan butter.

Once the butter has melted, remove from heat and whisk in peanut butter until smooth.
Ready PB Mixture
In a stand mixer I add the peanut butter mixture to the bowl. Add in vegan marshmallow and vanilla and mix.

Combined PB Mixture
Stir in confectioner sugar, until well blended.
PB Mixture & Powdered Sugar
Take this now formed mixture and pat into pan, if there is any excess butter or grease, dab with paper towel until all is absorbed. Lastly, spread on your favorite jam evenly over the formed fudge.

Ready to Chill Fudge
Allow the fudge to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Once set, cut into small pieces and serve. Store remaining fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
